This week, a White House official said, and the Associated Press dutifully reported that "President Barack Obama is a Christian, who prays daily". While a statement by one anointed official captured the headline, 61% of people polled collectively spoke "It Doesn't Show". 18% of people believe that Obama is a Muslim and another 43% said they don't know his religion. The Christian faith does not show in this man.
So what are Christians to believe when it comes to matters of religion? Should we believe the word of the anointed official? Should we believe the majority of people polled? No - Christians are taught to believe the word of God.
What does the Bible say of a person who claims to be a Christian but acts as not?
Titus 1 -- For there are many insubordinate, both idle talkers and deceivers... They profess to know God, but in works, they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.
How are Christians to deal with this situation?
Titus 3:9-11 -- But avoid foolish disputes, genealogies, contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and useless. Reject a divisive man after the first and second admonition, knowing that such a person is warped and sinning, being self condemned.
Christians need to stop howling about how bad our president is - for it is unprofitable and useless. Simply reject this man and pray for his salvation - for right now, he is self condemned. By the grace of God our free nation will survive. And if we all pray hard enough, even this President may learn to accept and follow Christ. It is never too late.

Having lived in a Muslim Nation, as a non practicing Lutheran. I would like to pass on how the Muslim world sees our President. When a boy child is born ,fathered by a Muslim, under Muslim belief , that child is a Muslim by blood for life in the eyes of every Muslim.
In the US we belief in freedom of belief, Mr. Obama is free to choose his Religion, however he as our President is representing us in the Muslim world, we have a large Military presence in the Muslim world. Muslim's look at one that denies his blood ,as a traitor to his blood, not worthy to take serious as in denying his blood/religion ,is not trust worthy. If we now look at the current war in that part of the world, you come to your own conclusions,yes in the Muslim world our President is undeniably a Muslim by birth! One can easily check this by asking an Imam ( Muslim Cleric).
